This paper reveals the results of the traffic noise survey during day and night (24 hours)at 10 representative sites in urban areas of Shanghai and presents extensive statistical results of environmental noise at a total of 2117 sites in the urban areas.A distribution map of environmental noise has been made with median level L_(50)to show the statistical results obtained at 2117 sites.Each of the measurement sites are chosen at the center of mesh 250m×250m.The 250 probabilistic readings in dB(A)are measured by a sound level meter with slow response during the rush- hours.The statistical sound level together with the prevailing indices,sound energy equivalent level and noise pollution level are calculated for each area,neighborhood and district as well as the whole city.The noise sources are classified into four categories,i.e.traffic,industrial,residential and other noise.In this paper,the percentage of statistical noise level caused by above mentioned sound sources are given.From the data of 2117 sites in the urban areas of Shanghai the statistical noise level L_(10),L_(50)and L_(90)obtained are 75,62 and 52 dB(A)respectively.A comparison of the present results with the available information of noise level survey in the cities of foreign countries shows that noise pollution in Shanghai is very serious.In addition,The repeatability of measuring data and the results of noise monitoring on high are also discussed here.

本文给出了全市十个地区的一昼夜(24小时)交通噪声调查结果,并详细地提供了上海市市区2117个测点的环境噪声统计数据,绘制了上海市环境噪声中值 L_(50)的分布图。测点选在250米×250米的网格中心,在交通繁忙时间内随机读取慢档“A”声级250个数据,计算出各点、街道、区和全市的统计声级、等效声级和噪声污染级。噪声来源分为交通、工厂、住宅和其它四种类型。文中列出了各种声源所占统计声级的百分率。与国外某些大城市相对照,上海市的噪声污染程度较为严重,市区统计声级 L_(10)、L_(50)和 L_(90)分别达到75、62和52分贝。本文还对测试数据的重复率,高空点噪声监测的结果作了讨论。

In this paper, the free lateral vibration of a prestressed concrete bridge with skew legs is investigated by matrix displacements method. Then, by using mode superposition method,the dynamic response of the bridge to zigzag motion of trains is calculated.The bridge was idealized as an assemblage of beam elements with three dimensional free joints. A lumped mass formulation was used With zero masses for all rotational freedom.The three lowest lateral natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes are calculated.Model test indicates that the computing method used furnishes enough accuracy.Steady response to zigzag motion with various shapes and frequencies,especially the maximum lateral deflections and accelerations,are calculated.Finally, basing on the results obtained,some practical considerations the lateral rigidity of the bridge are proposed.

本文用矩阵位移法研究了某预应力钢筋混凝土斜腿刚构桥的面外自由振动,然后用振型迭加方法计算了该桥对列车蛇行运动的动力反应。全桥离散化为每个节点具有三个自由度的梁单元,并采用堆聚质量表示法。相应于转动自由度的堆聚质量皆取为零。计算了前三个面外自振频率和相应振型,模型试验表明所采用的计算方法具有足够的精度。计算了对不同频率和不同波形的蛇行运动的稳态反应,特别是计算了侧向最大挠度和最大加速度。根据计算结果,对该桥侧向刚度提出了初步意见。

In this paper a practical method for earthquake-resistant calculation of continuous arch bridges frequently encountered in the earthqnake regions of our country is proposed as an extension on the research of the earthquake-resistant calculation of single span arch bridges presented in a previous paper. The simplified mechanical models are derived from systematic analyses of the dynamic behaviour and the laws of response of continuons arch bridges. The earthquake response coefficients of continuous arch bridges are computed with the aid of "MRC-3" and "MRC-4" Programmes. Finally, the method is applied to an example and the principles of strenthening continuous arch bridges to increase their earthquakeresistance are discussed.

本文住单拱实用抗震计薄研究的基础上,进一步解决我国地震区常见的多孔连拱的实用抗震计算方法。通过对连拱体系动力性能及反应规律的系统分析,提出简化的力学模型,用MRC-3,MRC-4程序计算了连拱的地震反应系数。最后用实例说明计算方法的应用并讨论了连拱抗震加固的基本原则。
