The system of water and sands was used as an example and was investigated in the slurry concentration range from 0 to 0.4 g·ml~ -1 and at the stirring rates from 350 to 550 r·min~ -1 in a stirred vessel.
The innovative results could be summarized as following:1. Two models of the slurry concentration in a stirred vessel, E-C_s model and R— C_s model, was proposed to explore the quantitative relationship between AE energy, stirring rate, and slurry concentration, by use of wavelet transform, on basis of the mechanism that AE signals with different frequencies emitted when solid and liquid impacted with the wall.
In this paper,the construction of backfill grouting of inlet section for No. 2,3 and 7 tunnels in the South Main Line of the YRDP is taken as an example,the groutability and grout effect of hydraulic tunnel on loess foundation constructed with the bore and blast method are analyzed and summarized through quantity of on-situ measured data and core boring,and the selection scale of the parameters such as grouting pressure,slurry concentration is given for Q 2 and Q 3 loess.
In response to increasing demand for powder MAP,the manufacturers are revamping and expanding the existing production facilities. The two-effect three-body slurry concentration technical scheme is proposed to double the existing 100 kt/a powder MAP plant to 200 kt/a.
