The visul acuity decrease mainly lies in the students′heavy load of study,poof ligncing conditions,little attention paid to the use of their eyes,etet.Some preposals are offered to protect the visual acuity of the students at the end of the paper.

在我院所测的948名大学生中,视力低下的占39.1%,其中96.9%为近视。外语系视力低下的高达53.5%,且多为重度视力低下。该系优等视力最少。生物系女生视力低下率也高达51.4%。体育系学生视力低下的最少,且多为轻度视力低下,优等视力最多。1981级学生人学一年来,视力低下率由人学前的21.6%上升为40.9%,几乎增加了90%。此外,随着年级的升高,学生的视力减退程度也日盖加深。这一切都说明我院学生的视力减退是比较严重的.造成学生视力下降的主要因素有学习负担重,照明条件差和不注意用眼卫生等。本文最后提出了保护学生视力的几项建议。

Exercise load refers to the physical work load which the body bears in the process of training and physical education teaching. Exercise load refers to the physical work load which the body bears in the process of training and physical education teaching. Appropriate exercise load can help to speed up the mastery and improvement of motor skill and to promote physical fitness. Therefore, exercise load has been consistently regarded as one of the important factors to evaluate the quality of a PE lesson. This article has advance the appropriate range of relevant factors in applying exercise load by investigating the exercise load of the fundamental part of the gymnastic lessons for female students of physical education of normal colleges and universities, adopting the method of direct measurement and statitics, and making a statistical analysis of the established data, and meanwhile offered reference for properly distributing exercise load and improving the quality in the future female gymnastics teaching.

运动量是指在体育教学及训练过程中身体所承受的生理负荷量。适宜的运动量能有助于加快掌握和提高运动技术以及增强体质,发展身体素质。因此,历来运动量被作为评定课的质量的重要因素之一。本文通过对高师体育专业女生体操课基本部分运动量的调查,采用直接测定和统计的方法,在取得较多数据的基础上进行统计学分析,提出了安排运动量的有关因素的适宜范围,为今后女生体操教学中合理安排运动量,提高课的质量提供参考。

The present article is the first-half part of the author's general research subject entitled Discernment and Correctness of Erroneous Movements in the Gymnastic Teaching and Training. Nothing has been found about the systematic statements similar to the contents of the current research subject. Nothing has been found about the systematic statements similar to the contents of the current research subject. Cerreeting the erroneous movements is just like a doctor treating his patient, "suiting the medicine to the illness". A teacher's correctness of his students~ erroneous movements comes from his correct judgement, which determines his discerning ability. From the above knowledge, the author has classified various kinds of erroneous movements in the gymnastic training and then made an approach to the way of discerning errors.

本文是笔者《体操教学、训练中动作错误的识别与纠正》总研究题目的前半部分。目前尚未发现与本研究课题内容相近的系统论述。纠正动作的错误犹如医生给病人治病,要“对症下药”。教师给学生采取的任何纠正动作错误的行动来源于正确的判断,判断正确与否又取决于识别错误的本领,笔者从以上认识出发把练习中的种种错误动作进行了分类,进而对识别途径进行了探索。
