It is also noted that (0kl) reflections with k odd are all very weak; thus there it at least a pseudo mirror-line with respect to z= in the (100) projection of the arrangement of S4N3+ ions. Among the (h 0l),reflections. on the other hand, (602) and (60 2 ) are unusually strong, even more so than the very strong (6 0 0 ), and (6, 0, 1 0 ) is also very much outstanding; this indicates that the S4N3+ ion may bave a planar configuration lying practically in planes parallel to (010). On the basis of these interesting observations. a preliminary structure has been propoted with atoms in the following sets of 12--fold positions Successive refinements lead to the step-by-step removal of these stringent restrictions imposed upon the atomic parameters for the chemically equivalent but crystallographicaely non-equivalent atoms. It it found that the S4N3+ ion has a planar 7-ring configuration. similar to the confi- guration found by Weiss in the crystal structure of S4N3NO3, with six S--N bonds of average length 1. 6 0 A and a S-S bond of average length 2. 2 0 A. It is note- worthy that while our value for the average length of S--N bonds agrees satisfactorily with Weiss value. the value for the S-S bond length is definitely much larger (euen larger than the accepted S-S single-bond length 2.08A), suggesting that a coiled chain configuration might have played a certain role in the structnre of the S4 N3+ ion; whe- ther thit is really significant or not awaits further confirmation. Each S4N3+ ion is coordinated octahedrally by six Cl- neighbors; each Cl- ion in turn, has also a similar coordination. A theoretical discussiou of this S4N3+ structure is under contemplation.

Experience shows that plastic auisotropy between in plane of sheet and in thickness' direction of sheet as well as strain-hardenming of metal are benificial to its drawability. The main purpose of this survey is to indicate the relationship between them, and further-more a method of qualitative assessment of drawability (Calculation of limiting drawing ratio) is proposed. Experience shows that plastic auisotropy between in plane of sheet and in thickness' direction of sheet as well as strain-hardenming of metal are benificial to its drawability. The main purpose of this survey is to indicate the relationship between them, and further-more a method of qualitative assessment of drawability (Calculation of limiting drawing ratio) is proposed. In this connexion, only a simple tention test is required. When solving the question, how to get a correct and reliable strength of the critical cross-section in deep-drawing is the main point to be considered. In response to this, considering the combining effect of anisotropy and strain-hardenning of sheet metals and the condition oi collapse due to tention in complicated stress' condition, the author is proposing a formula to calculate the strength of critical cross-section in deep-drawing. The reliability of the formula and the correctness of the method for calculating limiting drawing ratio have been confirmed by the experimental results of seven diferent materials.

实践表明,金属板料在板平面与厚度方向之间的塑性異性,以及材料的应变刚,两者皆对其压延性能有利。本文从理论上分析了它们与压延性能之间关系,并进而提出一种定量评定板料压延性能的方法(计算极限压延系数),此时只须进行简单的拉伸机械试验即可。解决该问题的关键在于,如何可靠地确定压延危险断面强度。为此,本文考虑到上述的板料各向异性及应变刚的综合作用,并利用板料在复杂应力状态下的受拉失稳条件,得出了压延危险断面强度的计算公式。该公式本身以及计算极限压延系数的方法,其可靠性为七种板料的试验研究结果所证实。 本文为作者在北京航空学院付教授唐荣锡指导下,所完成的研究生毕业论文之一部分。在实验工作方面得到实验室同志的大力支持,在此顺致谢意。
