In order to understand the relationship between physiological effects on nutrition and nutritional components in concentrated juice of Actinidia chinensis fruit, five basic nutrition components, five vitamin components, contents of ten nutrition elements and composition of amino acids in concentrated juice of Actinidia chinensis fruit were measured. Influence of oral administration of concentrated juice of Actinidia chinensis fruit upon the hemoglobin content in blood erythrocytes of rabbit were investigated. The concentrated juice contained (1) protein 4.30 mg/g, lipid 0.32%, total sugar 5.65%, acidity 6.75%. (2) The content of five vitamins components was vitamin A 0.001 5 mg/100 g, thiamine (VB1) 0.002 mg/100 g, riboflavin (VB2) 0.027 mg/100 mg, ascorbic acid(VC)31.8 mg/100 g, α-tocopherol (VE)2.96mg /100 g.(3)The content of ten elements was K 846.0 mg/100 g, Na 114.0 mg/100 g, Ca 58.0 mg/100 g, Mg 60.0 mg/100 g,P 25.0 mg/100 g,Fe 1.70 mg/100 g, Zn 1.40 mg/100 g,Cu0.22 mg/100 g, Se 0.014 mg/100 g, I 0.25 mg/100 g. (4) the analysis of amino acids composition indicated that it contained eighteen kinds amino acid and with eight essential amino acids for human nutrition. (5) the hemoglobin content in rabbits blood erythrocytes were significant increased after these rabbits administrated concentrated juice of Actinidia chinensis fruit arally.These research results suggested that the concentrated juice of Actinidia chinensis fruit could be a satisfactory health care food for promoting physiological function and preventing disease in human.

对中华猕猴桃浓缩果汁所含的蛋白质、脂肪、糖、酸度和维生素A,B_1,B_2,C,E以及钾、钠、钙、镁、磷、铁、锌、铜、硒、碘10种营养元素成分进行了分析测定。氨基酸的组成分析表明,中华猕猴桃含有18种氨基酸成分,其中8种人体必需氨基酸俱全。其浓缩果汁按50kg体重人体每日服用0.5kg剂量,对家兔持续6周喂养试验,具有明显提高家兔血液红细胞血红蛋白(Hemoglobin)的含量。当停服2周后,测定值出现下降,4周时接近原正常值范围。
