This study was aimed to evaluate the histocompatibility of hydroxyl poly calcium sodium phosphate (HPPA) preliminarily. HPPA and hydroxylapatite were implanted in the mandibular defect in dogs. The implant bone interface was obewed by using stereomicroscope and decalcified histologic sections. The result demonstrates that HPPA has well osseous integrated property after being implanted into bone tissues. This suggests that HPPA be a new material of future excellence in substitution for human hard tissues....

Objective: To study the effects of artificial bone composite of biocoral with rhBMP 2 and type I collagen in repairing bone defects. Methods: Mandibular defects(1.5cm×0.8cm) in rabbits were made surgically and then repaired with autogenous bone, biocoral and the composite of biocoral with rhBMP 2 and type I collagen respectively. The effects of the treatment were evaluated with general observation, radiological and histological examination. Results:New bone was observed earlier and more at the defects after transplantation of the arrificial composite or autogenous bone than that of biocoral. The reconstruction of the defects with the artificial composite or autgenous bone was superior to that with biocoral by 2 and 3 month after surgery. Conclusion: The artificial bone composite of biocoral with rhBMP 2 and type I collagen may be a subsitute for bone grafting.

目的 比较聚乳酸 ( PLA)膜和脱钙冻干胚胎骨 ( Fetal Bone,FB)促进骨修复的能力。方法 在 12只日本大耳白兔双侧下颌骨下缘中份作方块切除形成骨缺损 ,一侧缺损植入 FB,另一侧缺损表面覆盖 PLA膜。术后 4、8、12周分期处死动物 ,下颌骨标本行放射学和组织学观察。结果 两种材料均能有效修复骨缺损。FB植入 4W后术区内有大量新骨形成 ,术后 8W缺损内骨形成活跃程度和骨形成量均高于 PLA膜侧。结论  FB植入后骨缺损内骨修复启动早 ,成骨活跃 ,用于颌骨缺损修复较 PL A膜理想。
