The formation of bulk carbide θ-Fe3C results directly in the loss of sulfur capacity, and the depositing of surface carbon cventllally leads the surfent to the deactivation. The initial desulfurization activity of the deactivated sorbent can be efficiently regained by a controlled oxidation regeneration treatment with an air / steam mixture around 973K.

In this work,the Germany Sartorius GmbH microporous filter membrane made from cellulose acetate with 0.65 μm pore size was used.After the regeneration treatments for the microporous filter membrane by using warm water,acid,base and surfactant,its pure water flux and bubble point pressure were measured.With the method of morphological analysis for the membrane by using Scanning Electron Microscope,the results showed that:at 50 ℃,0.5% hydrochloric acid concentration or 0.04% SDS revealed to be optimal for the regeneration of microporous filter membrane,but NaOH would cause somewhat damage to the cellulose acetate microporous filter membrane.

采用德国Sartorius公司0.65μm孔径的醋酸纤维素微孔滤膜为试验材料,用热水浸泡,酸、碱和表面活性剂对被堵的微孔滤膜进行再生处理,并测试其纯水通量和泡点压力值,同时借助扫描电镜对微孔滤膜再生前后形态结构的观察,结果表明:在50℃条件下,采用0.5%盐酸或0.04%SDS处理都可获得较好的效果,而NaOH处理则会对微孔滤膜造成一定程度的损伤
