Several basic characteristics of photosynthesis of three oak species in the nursery stock period have been studied by gas exchange method in this paper. The results show 1. For Quercus mongolica, the light compensation point, light saturation point, and light-saturated rate of photosynthesis are relatively high, while its quantum efficiency is relatively low, indicating that it can use solar radiation with high intensity efficiently, but the efficiency of using weak light is low. Such photosynthetic characteristics are opposite in Q. acutissima. Both the light saturation point and light-saturated rate of photosynthesis are relatively hight, at the same time the quantum efficiency is also hight in Q. liaotungensis, but light compenation point is low. Therefore, it can use both high and low light energy efficiently. 2. It is provd that the exponential equation P_n=P_(max)·(1-e~(-aI/P_(max)))-R is the most rational for sinmulating photosynthetic response to light intensity in three oak species. 3. The differences of photosynthetic characteristics between Q. acutissima and Q. liaotugensis at various periods of growing season, and the influence of temperature on photosynthetic characteristics in three oak species have been also investigated.

本文用气体交换法研究柞蚕林3个主要组成树种苗期的几个基本光合特性。蒙古栎具有较高的光补偿点,光饱和点及最大光合速率,但其量子光合效率较低,表明蒙古栎能比较有效地利用高强度的太阳辐射,而对弱光能利用效率较低;麻栎则相反;辽东栎既有较高的光饱和点及最大光合速率,同时又有较高的量子光合效率及较低的光补偿点,因而对高强度和低强度的光能利用效率都比较高。而且证明3个树种光合作用光响应模型以一种指数形式的方程最合理。我们还考察了辽东栎和麻栎在生长季不同时期光合特性的差异以及温度对3个树种光合特性的影响。

The present study was conducted to ascertain the characteristics of photosynthesis in Chinese cabbage, the result showed that the photosynthetic rate of different varieties and growth stage was different, the rate was lower in the seedling stage, moderate in the leaf rossette stage, and higher in the heading stage, the photosynthetic rate of different leaf position, higher in middle leaf position, the highest in upper leaf position.

研究结果表明,不同品种之间的光合速率有一定差异,但差异不显著;不同生育期光合速率不同,其规律是结球期>莲座期>幼苗期;不同叶位叶片的光合速率差异非常显著,其大小顺序为上位叶>中位叶>下位叶;大白菜光补偿点为22~25μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),光饱和点为850~950μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1),CO_2补偿点为44.3~47.5ppm,CO_2饱和点为1300ppm,羧化效率CE=0.09156~0.09865μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)/ppm,在正常栽培条件下,光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,在水分胁迫条件下则呈单峰曲线。

The lowest temperature of photosynthesis was 3~6℃ and the highest temperature was 42 ~ 44℃. The response characteristic of photosynthesis was affected by temperature conditions during the growth . Photosynthetic optimum tempera -ture of cucumber leaves grown in 36℃ (day temperature) was higher than those of grown in 28℃. Cucumber leaves within 10 days after unfolding had higher net photo-synthetic rate (15~21μmol CO_2 m~(-2)s~(-1)) and temperature quotient (1. 6 ~ 2. 1), the aging leaves (over 20 days after unfolding) had lower net photosynthetic rate (6~15μmol CO_2 m~(-2)s~(-1)) and temperature quotient (1. 1~1. 6).

2年试验结果表明,保护地黄瓜叶片净光合速率的变化范围在9~22μmolCO_2m~(-2)s~(-1)之间。光合作用的最适温度为25~33℃;光合作用的温度下限为3~6℃;上限为42~44℃。黄瓜叶片光合作用对温度的反应受生长期间温度条件的影响,昼温为36℃下生长的叶片比28℃下生长的叶片表现为较高的耐高温特性。完全展开10天以内的叶片不仅光合速率高,对温度变化的反应也敏感;衰老(完全展开20天后)的叶片不仅光合速率低,对温度变化的反应也不敏感。 在低温条件下,黄瓜叶片的呼吸作用以及光合作用的光补偿点和光饱和点均较低,并随着温度的增加而增加。但光饱和点达到光合适温后不再增加,超过40℃时呼吸作用开始下降。叶片表观量子产额及光合与呼吸CO_2交换的比值在不同温度条件下呈单峰曲线变化,其峰值的温度低于或接近25℃。
