The MRI features of all lesions were analyzed and T1WI signal (T1S) and T2WI signal (T2S) of HCC and hemangioma were measured respectively. Then the contrast to noise ratio (CNR) of HCC and hemangiomas were calculated.
Based on these results, the authors propose a new proedure for molecular docking,namely, after rigid body docking the prediction of the side chain conformation of the amino acid residues is added inhibitor complex structure shows that the signal to noise ratio has increased for the correct solution in molecular docking, relative to the wrong solutions.

Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed HWM filter is effective androbust for different noise ratio,ranging from 5% to 90%. When noise ratio exceeds70%,HWM filter gives superior performance compared with other known filters.
