Noninvasive localization of the neural generators by scalp-recorded po-tentials is a primary goal of electroencephalography.In this study,in order to do the inverseproblem better,a realistic double-boundary head model was constructed and a two-stepmethod was proposed to reduce the numerical error of forward problem caused by the poorlyconducting skull.A novel procedure was presented which localizes the source of evoked po-tential(EP)effectively when signal to noise ratio(SNR)is as low as-10 dB.

从头皮记录到的脑电分布推算脑电活动源的脑电逆问题是脑电信号处理的主要方向之一。其中关键问题之一是关于头的容积导体模型的建立。本文为克服传统的均匀介质球、同心球及其有实际形状的均匀媒质模型的不足,利用CT 扫描图象建立了头的双层边界模型,并运用边界元方法进行正问题的求解。由于颅骨的电导率与脑组织导电率的比值很低,脑电正问题的解决存在很大的数值计算误差,本文提出了一种两步法有效地解决了这一问题。观测信号中的噪声是影响脑电求逆的一个主要因素。特别是对于脑电诱发响应,由于其信噪比很低,传统的方法是先利用相干平均或时频域的;滤波处理提取出诱发响应,然后再进行求逆研究。为了利用单次诱发信号直接进行求逆计算,本文提出了一种独特的处理方法,运用噪声相关抵消与奇异值分解技术,使得在信噪比较低的情况下仍能进行准确的定位(求逆)。仿真研究表明,利用这种方法,信噪比可以降到—10dB;同时,求逆的结果有助于诱发信号的单次提取。
