Some items are chosen from STYCAR vision test and some are designed by the researchers. Toys, charts and tiny things which young children are familiar with are used as stimulators for children to match so as to observe children’s behavioral reactions...

The aim of the study is to develop a vision screening test for Chinese children aged 2-4, in the community health care system. In this report, an examination and analysis of the applicability, reliability and validity of the vision screening test is made. Some items are chosen from STYCAR vision test and some are designed by the researchers. Toys, charts and tiny things which young children are familiar with are used as stimulators for children to match so as to observe children’s behavioral reactions as indicators in identifying children’s vision. The results demonstrate that the test has good reliability,validity and applicability. The test is also suitable for the children who can’t follow the formal vision test,and makes it possible to do vision screening in both Chinese urban and rural areas in order to do further diagnosis and intervention to the vision impaired children.

本研究的目的是建立一种适用于社区保健系统的2—4岁儿童视力的筛查测验。本研究对我们编制的儿童视力筛查测验的可行性、信度、效度等方面进行了检验和分析。本测验的部分项目是从ATYCAR视觉测验中选择的,部分是自己设计的。选择玩具、图卡和小物体作为视标,令儿童匹配,观察行为表现,作为视觉反应的指标。结果表明,此测验具有较高的信度、效度和可行性,同时也适用于不能配合其它视觉测验的儿童。可用于我国城、乡地区的保健系统进行儿童视力筛查,使视力障碍儿童得到进一步诊断和干预。

本文通过对我国脑瘫儿童康复现状的分析,强调脑瘫儿童康复需求的迫切性和提供康复服务的紧迫性,提出现阶段我国脑瘫儿童康复工作的对策。1.加强对脑瘫的预防工作。2.以社区和家庭为重点,开展脑瘫儿童康复训练。3.积极动员脑瘫儿童家长的参与。4.开展早期诊断,早期干预。5.培训人员、普及知识。脑瘫儿童康复目标的实现,需要家长、社区和全社会的共同参与,需要医疗机构、托儿所、学校、福利事业和有关单位的密切配合,以使脑瘫儿童在预防、诊断和康复方面获得畅通、有效、可行、科学的康复服务。
