Based on the special demands of electrode design and the relation of the interference in geometry, a new method of the interference detection is introduced, by which the precision touch state of the product and the electrode can be gotten.
The detection results are compared with those of traditional interference detection methods and those of the tools of different radius,indicating that the method is complete,accurate and has real time.
