A method of cutting circular mctrological grating is described in this paper. During the past few years, we found that by means of the multi-circular dividing method, the graduate precision can be improved to about one-seeond; in other words, when we adopt the singular cutting process, the presision is about 2″ or more, while when we adopt the multi-circular dividing method, the precision is 1″ or even still smaller.

本文从衍射理论出发,对降低衍射效应的非接触光刻理论进行了系统地分析,并求解出降低衍射效应的光学系统的结构参数。给出各种不同的线宽和分离量之间的关系,并通过大量的工艺实验得到证实。这种新型光学系统已在圆刻机中得到应用,已提供了大量优质光栅。它对光刻各种类型的光栅也是有益的。

The examination of the accuracy of a circular dividing engine is performed with a polygon and a photo-collimater and the sources of graduation errors are analysed by means of harmonic analysis.The problems of possibility and practical feasiblity about substituting less plane polygon for a more plane one to measure more points in one circle are studied. Finally, the measurement results for two circular dividing engines with different accuracy are given in the paper.

用多面体和光电平行光管对圆刻机进行检测,用谐波分析法对分度误差的来源进行分析。文中对以面数少的多面体代替面数多的多面体进行多点检测的可能性作了探讨。最后以两台不同精度的圆刻机的测量结果来说明。
