This feature will benifit elimination of the large area line crawl and improvement of the quality of displayed picture.

This kind of heat pipe with special structure has been employed to connect the hot part andc the old part of diffrence and the inclination are retiuced.The theoretical analysis and experiments cuts demonstrate that it is effective for this kind of heatpipe to balance the temperature distribution on the upright column.

MM7120 A型精密平面磨床立柱前后部存在温差,导致砂轮主轴偏斜,使磨削精度受到影响。作者采用了新型低温差半壁热管,降低温差,减少了主轴倾斜。实验表明:用热管均衡机床立柱温度均衡场是行之有效的。
