This paper describes an analytic hierarchy process model for synthetical evalu- ation of some major subjects in colleges,on the basis of the national conditions and the policies for education,science and technology of our country,The results of this trial evaluation indicate that this model reveals the nature of the tested subjects objectively,and that the method is simple and easy to practise.

But there still exist some different ideas on such problems as the commercialization of education and education market etc. In this paper, the author presents his view on the problems of the commercialization of higher education and its market through the dialectical consideration in theory and some analyses of the misunderstanding which emerge in reform practice.

高等教育如何主动适应社会主义市场经济的要求,是当前高等教育界研讨的热点课题。经过讨论,在一些问题上,比如关于市场经济对高等教育正负两方面的影响等,已取得了共识,但是,在诸如怎样认识教育的“产业”性、教育能否“商品化”、学校能否“企业化”及教育市场问题,各方则意见纷呈,莫衷一是。本文主要对高等教育的“产业”性问题、“商品”性问题和市场问题,通过理论上的辩证思考及对改革实践中出现的一些误区分析,阐明了作者对这些问题的认识。

Knowledge economy requires creative personnels. The inner administrative mechanism in colleges and universities plaps an important role in fostering creative personnels. The administrative mede formed in the old econowic environnent is no longer suitable for cultivating the students' innovative spirit and originality. Confronted with the challenge of knowledge economy in the 21st century, it's a major subject for school administords to liberate the mind and change the old concept.

知识经济时代需要创新人才,高校内部管理工作在创新人才培养中具有重要作用。计划经济条件下形成的学校内部管理模式,不利于学生创新精神和创新能力的培养。面对市场经济和21世纪知识经济的挑战,解放思想,转变观念,是学校管理者面临的一项重要课题。
