The qualified rate order from high to low was autoclave, disinfectant fluid, air bacteria content and hospital waste water.The qualified rate by synthetic weighted scoring method of three level hospitals in 1993-1996 increased from 81.402% to 91.067% in city level,63. 065% to 86. 292% in district level and 55. 800% to 84. 381% in towship level respectively. It showed sisinfection quality of three level hospitals rose year by year and level differences reduced gradually.

    对珠海市三级医疗单位1993~1996年消毒效果进行监测,合格率最高为压力蒸汽灭菌器,其次为正在使用的消毒液及空气细菌含量,医院污水的合格率最低。为全面和准确分析珠海市医疗单位消毒工作质量,试用综合加权评分法对监测结果进行评估,结果市、区、镇级医院的消毒综合加权合格率从1993年至1996年分别从81.402%升至91.067%、63.065%升至86.292%和55.800%升至84.381%,显示三级医院的消毒质量水平在逐年稳步提高,各级医院之间的水平差距也在逐年缩小。
