The differences in STI between the 7-12-year age group and the 13-16-year age group were highly significant (P<0.01); this is related to the rapid-growth phase of the heart in adolescence. Correlation analysis with the test for signifficant difference (P<0.01). made of height, weight, systolic bloooi pressure and heart rate to QS2, LVET and PEP showed that correlation does exist. (P<0.01). Normal standard adolescent STI can be computed from heart rates and the regression equations.

The erythrocyte membrane proteins were analysed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrop-horesis (SDS-PAGE). The results showed that the Hb concentration and the osmotic fragility of RBCsdid not have significant changes, but the Na, K-ATPase activity increased remarkably and thecomposition of erythrocyte membrane proteins changed obviously after exercise. The increase of theRBCs' Na, K-ATPase activity after exercise was regarded as a physiological response to sports.

本文重点研究了运动对红细胞膜Na~+、K~+—ATP酶活性的影响,结果提示:运动时若供能不足,将引起细胞渗透压的改变,使红细胞处于不稳定状态,这可能是运动性贫血和筋疲力竭运动后红细胞溶血作用增强的原因之一。

Echocardiograms of adolescent swimmers and gymnasts of different ages have been studied to find out the effect of longterm, high-intensity training on the development of their hearts. The echocardiograms of young swimmers and gymnasts aged 10-15 have been found to be quite different from those of their adult counterparts, the difference being most evident in the case of the younger athletes. Those in the age bracket of 16-18 show more or less the same cardiac features as the adults.The author of this paper believes that an adequate amount of aerobic exercise under medical supervision will ensure a healthy cardiac development in athletes engaged in high-intensity training, especially in gymnastics.

为探讨少年运动员进行长期大强度运动训练对其心脏发育的影响,本文对不同年龄的少年游泳和体操运动员的超声心动图进行了观察和研究。结果表明,10~15岁的少年运动员的心脏适应性反应不同于成年专项运动员。年龄组越小表现越突出。16~18岁的少年运动员的心脏特点与成年专项运动员基本一致。作者认为,为使大强度竞技训练的少年运动员(尤为体操运动员)心脏健康发育。应保证必要的有氧活动,并有医学监护。
