Equation for chemical reaction on combustion after water vapor injection is deduced. Effects of injection on dynamics, efficiency and emission of gasoline engine are experimentally studied at same or different compression ratios. Results show that water vapor injection decreases peak explosion pressure and combustion temperature, so that detonation tendency is restrained and octane numbers of fuel improved. The necessity of regulating spark advance is also demonstrated to make the more economical operation...

Equation for chemical reaction on combustion after water vapor injection is deduced. Results show that water vapor injection decreases peak explosion pressure and combustion temperature, so that detonation tendency is restrained and octane numbers of fuel improved. The necessity of regulating spark advance is also demonstrated to make the more economical operation of gasoline engine. Concurrently analyzed is that improvement of effective thermal efficiency after rise in compression ratio and water injection is resulted from thermal efficiency promotion of fuel-air ideal cycle. The factor on which change of water vapor state depends is also dealt with.

本文通过试验探讨了在同一压缩比或不同压缩比时,掺水蒸气对动力性、经济性和排放性能的影响。由试验论证了水蒸气的掺入导致最大爆发压力和燃烧最高温度均下降,其效果为有效地抑制了爆震,提高了燃料的辛烷值。并论证了调整点火提前角,使得汽油机处于经济运行状态的必要性。同时分析了提高压缩比并掺水蒸气后有效热效率提高的主要来源是燃料—空气理想循环热效率的提高。并分析了水蒸气掺入进气管后状态的变化所依赖的因素。

A new type of centrifugal spark advance device is adopted in model FD663 contactless distributor. In the device the spring rate is a key factor for ensuring precise spark advance. Based on the mechanical analysis to the centrifugal spark advance device ,the spring rate is calculated to meet the spark advance characteristics for the model CA6102 engine, and the result is analysed as well.

FD663型无触点分电器采用了一种新的离心提前机构。其结构中弹簧的刚度是保证正确的点火提前角的决定因素。按点火提前特性的要求,在对离心提前机构进行力学分析的基础上,计算出了能满足CA6102发动机点火提前特性要求的弹簧刚度,并对计算结果进行了分析。
