A new way of dedusting with a magnetized curtain made of clean shots with magnet cores in polyhedral hollow sphere is studied. The single valued condition of the model is determined and a tunnel model of similar simulative test is designed. Many simulative dedusting tests with magnetized curtain in the experimental tunnel have been carried out and the results indicate that if the wind resistance is small, the maximum efficiency of dedusting can reach 70%.

The other two kinds of powders were zeolite P, and their SEM images showed that they were hollow octahedrons with diameter of around 30 μm....

空心球双梯度钻井是由Maurer公司研发的一种新型深水钻井技术。在空心球双梯度钻井系统中,泥浆和空心球在钻井平台上混合并泵送到海底注入隔水管内稀释管内泥浆密度与海水相当,以实现双梯度钻井的目的。其中空心球材料可以是玻璃,塑料,复合材料,金属等。该系统的主要优点是除了在海底安装一个控制阀门之外,不需要增加其它新设备。本文简要介绍空心球双梯度钻井系统的工作原理和工艺流程, 以及空心球注入、分离等关键技术,并对该技术的应用前景作了展望。
