The absorption and decoloration lab test of cationic dyeing waste water is carried out dynamically and statically with cationic exchange fibres, and the desorption of colour from cationic exchange fibres is also tested, and tried in production. Lab results show that absorption/decoloration performance of cationic exchange fibres is much higher than normal active carbon and can be reused if the cationic exchange fibre is properly made.

使用自制的阳离子交换纤维,对阳离子染料模拟废水进行了静态、动态的吸附脱色实验,以及纤维吸附染料后的解吸、再生实验,并用工厂实际废水对阳离子交换纤维的吸附性能进行了检验。实验结果表明:只要阳离子交换纤维制作得法,则其吸附、脱色性能远优于一般活性碳,且易于再生利用。

It has been proved that the pond existing state(here it is expressed in terms of hydraulicgrade)is a very important factor in the process of dyeing waste-water treatment throughwater-hyacinth growing pond.When other conditions are fixed,there is a suitable range of Gvalue(hydraulic grade)in which the purifying efficiency of wastewater reaches the highest.This result will make the technology of purifying wastewater by the pond widely applicablein practical engineering.

本文研究了水力条件与水葫芦氧化塘净化印染废水的效率之间的关系。在其他条件确定后,存在一合适的G 值范围,使废水的净化效率达到较高水平。本研究得到的最佳G 值为35S~(-1)。这一结果将促使水葫芦净化废水的技术更广泛地应用。
