They all assumed that the wall temperature is constant along the surface, but in fact it is not the case , as proved by experiments(7). Because of the gradually increasing...

E. Dukler(4). But the studies are all of condensation on the smooth vertical surface. Their results are alike only with slight differences. They all assumed that the wall temperature is constant along the surface, but in fact it is not the case , as proved by experiments(7). Because of the gradually increasing of the wall temperature along the surface, it causes a limitation of the coefficient of condensation heat transfer. If the wall tempe- rature is homogenized, the film condensation process on the vertical surface will be further enhanced . In other words , it is necessary to reduce the temperature difference between vapor and wall for enhancing the process, In this paper, some analyses and experiments have proved the point and some ways have been provided to enhance the processes mentioned above,those concerning with corrugated surface , porous surface and inserted wicks into the valley of the corrugated tube. Finally, the couple concept in heat transfer processes of phase changing has been presented from thermodynamics.

Based on author's own investigations, the dewatering and the phase-changing of aluminium hydroxide in a muffle furnace were clarified. The mineralogical form and the route for changing of the alumina, which was formed in air at atmospheric pressure at different temperatures, were found out. At the same time, the relation between the physical characteristics of the main mineralogical forms of alumina and the quality of roasting products of alumina, the influence of Na_2O content on the mineralogical...

At the same time, the relation between the physical characteristics of the main mineralogical forms of alumina and the quality of roasting products of alumina, the influence of Na_2O content on the mineralogical formation of alumina, and the influence of Na_2O content on the quality of roasting products of alumina were also found out. The mineralogical composition which the sandy alumina as the raw material of electrolysis should possess was presented so that some theoretical bases were provided for the selection of a reasonable technological regime of alumina roasting. Based on the theory, the author put forward the tentative version of two-stage roasting technological regime.Moreover, as to the route of dewatering and phase-changing of gibbsite and the mineralogical composition of the alumina product used for electrolysis, the author put forward a new point of view which is different from what was often told about in the aluminium industry world so as to discuss with those of the same occupation, and promote the development of theory concerning the alumina roasting.

笔者根据自己的研究,阐明了氢氧化铝在马弗炉内脱水相变的情况,查清了在空气气氛中,常压下,不同温度所生成的氧化铝物相形态及其转变途径。同时也查清了氧化铝主要物相形态的物理特性与氧化铝焙烧产品质量的关系,Na_2O的含量对氧化铝物相生成的影响,以及Na_2O的含量对氧化铝焙烧产品质量的影响。 此外,笔者对三水铝石脱水相变途径和铝电解用的氧化铝产品的物相组成,提出了自己的观点,愿与同行磋商。

A research of the numerical method about the heat conduction in the freezing foodstuffs has been carried out. Based on the IMM model, a modified model has been suggested which can be used for phase changing and the initial temperature to be higher then the freezing point. The model is easier to be extended to three-dimension problems and is useful to the problem of heat conduction with direchlet boundary condition.

本文以食品冷冻速率问题为背景,对食品冷冻过程中的导热问题进行了数值研究。基于Crank的等温移动法模型(IMM Model),本文提出了修正的数值计算模型。与实验及文献中的研究结果的比较表明,本文提出的修正模型适于具有Direchlet边界条件的相变导热问题,易于推广到三维,且可应用于初始温度高于冻结温度的相变导热问题。
