We have carried out the comparactive research for pharmacologicial actions between cultured bezoar from cattle and natural bezoar wlth the method of experimental pharmacology under the same conditions. The results show that the both of them have effects of calmness anti convulsion, releasing fever and anti inflammation The both possess similar effects on intensity and toxicity. It has proved that the both of them have basic similar pharmacodynamics from the results.

本文用实验药理学方法,在同等条件下对牛体培植牛黄与天然牛黄进行了药理作用的比较研究,结果表明,二种牛黄均具有镇静、抗惊厥、解热及抗炎症作用,二者的作用强度与毒性也相仿,说明培植牛黄的药效与天然牛黄基本相似。

Concentrations of major components in cattle bile were determined before and after formingbezoar.Cultured bezoar were studied by means of FTIR and ESR.The results showed that Ca-biliru-binate which contained stable free radicals was major component in it and that cultured bezoar is re-garded a kind of pigment gallstone.

探讨了牛黄形成前后胆汁主要成分变化,用FTIR和ESR检测证实,培植牛黄属色素型结石.

Six bezoar fractions cultured from different places were studied by means of FTIR,the re-sults demonstrated that Ca-bilirubinate was the major component in it.The subtraction spectrashowed that cultured bezoar contained more protein and bile acids than natural bezoar and that therewas no substantial difference between the two.

用傅立叶变换红外光谱研究了6种不同产地的培植牛黄,结果表明,培植牛黄的主要成分是胆红素钙;培植牛黄较天然牛黄含有较多的蛋白和胆酸类物质。
