Multi-objective Nash bargaining theory, as an extension of Nash bargaining game theory, is discussed for the many-person decision analysis with multi- objective characterized by non-coalitional cooperative games and it is based on the combination of multiattribute utility theory with game theory. Multi-objective Nash bargaining theory, as an extension of Nash bargaining game theory, is discussed for the many-person decision analysis with multi- objective characterized by non-coalitional cooperative games and it is based on the combination of multiattribute utility theory with game theory. The description of multi-objective is introduced to the model. In addition to the properties of Nash bargaining game solution, the reasonableness of multi-obj-ective decision theory in the sense of noninferiority exists for the multi-obje-ctive Nash bargaining game solution. The mult-objective Nash bargaining game model and interactive decision analysis system for analyzing the investment decision about coordinated deve-lopment between rural and urban economies are built up. The situational ass-umption and parameters are given by decision makers with user's interface. The model is identified and generated automatically, then the solution is ob-tained, so the interactive process is being carried out until the satisfactory result is gotten.
