This article makes an analysis of the problems in the cost control of engineering projects and the impacts on the engineering cost of the projects in the design phase,before presenting the method to control the cost of projects in the design phase so as to bring the construction cost under effective control.
The results of the study show that it can save the engineering cost about 6.14%-19.74% using this method to do the optimal design of sewage pipe network system and has certain practical value in the optimal design of engineering.
The study result showed that the algorithm could search the optimum solution more effectively and save the engineering cost about 2.29% to 12.01%,so it had great using value in the engineering optimal design.
According to the setting condition of starting signal in electrified railway line in "station code" and "signal code",the author analyzes the engineering cost to install high and low signal combined with practical engineering,and proposes relevant suggestions for design scheme,in order to save engineering investment.
