In this study, 38 patients with acute ischemic stroke were chosen,randomly allocated to three groups and treated by niraodipine, aspirin and nimodipine plus asprin respectively, platelet baseline cytosolic free calcium concentrations and plasma TXB2 levels were determined in all patients before and after the start of treatment. Author emphasized that drugs must be used conjunctively to guard the neurons in many aspects in the treatment of cerebral ischemia.

本研究选择急性缺血性脑卒中患者38例,随机分成三组,分别给予尼莫地平、阿斯匹林以及两药伍用治疗,于治疗前、后观察血小板胞浆游离钙浓度和血浆TXB_2含量的变化,结果提示:尼莫地平能阻滞Ca~(++)内流,抑制膜磷脂降解,减少TXA_2的合成,与阿斯匹林伍用效果更佳。作者结合文献探讨了抗钙和抗TXA_2治疗的生化学基础及临床意义,提出治疗脑缺血需联合用药,在多个环节,多种途径上对神经元进行保护。

对自制中药──"通塞益脑液"治疗急性缺血性中风25例前后行甲襞微循环观察,并与低分子右旋糖酐加维脑路通治疗的同类患者25例进行比较。结果发现:所有患者用药后,微循环均有明显改善,临床症状明显减轻(P<0.05),二组结果相似(P>0.05)。提示:该中药制剂与低分子右旋糖酐、维脑路通一样,均能有效治疗缺血性脑血管病。
