The eracking susceptilility can be decreased effectively by decreasing hydrogencontent in the weldmetal.

In this paper, a new die forging technique is presented. it emphasizes that flash forms after metal fills up whole die room. This way is called IN-OUT model. It differs from current design way which prefers to produce and utilize the resistance action resulted by flash formed at the begining of forging process as to assist in filling of die impression. The current way is called OUT-IN model. To realize IN-OUT way of metal flow,the paper in order to automate simulation procedure the paper developed a technique into a few blocks. After starting the first block at the beginig of also continue executing next simulation step until final result of forging process. All mentioned methods were tested in producive practice.

Structures and properties in the whole section were gradually varied. The wearresistance of the side with high hardness was higher 5~10 times than that of matrix. The design idea of functionally gradient materials was applied to the preparation of wearresistant materials in this paper, which opened a new route for development of advanced composite materials.

采用液态金属环瀑悬铸填充调配法成功地制出具有明显宏观组织梯度与性能梯度的WC颗粒增强新型钢基耐磨梯度复合材料,并探讨了新材料组织梯度的形成机理。试验结果表明,新材料一侧具有高硬度(HRC64.5),另一侧具有较高的韧性(αk=72.3J/cm2),整个断面上组织与性能是连续梯度渐变的。
