The results demonstrate that the magnetic fluorouracil-loaded chitosan microspheres exhibited strong paramagnetism with 4.55%~11.44%(mass fraction) of Fe_(3)O_(4),1.86%~9.42%(mass fraction) of FU,39.48%~85.30% of which(encapsulated),and the diameters were in the range of 1~10 μm.
The chemotherapy regimen was composed of Epirubicin 50mg/m 2 d1, Lecuovorin 200mg/m 2 d1～3, 5 Fu 600mg/m 2 d1～3, and Cisplatin 20mg/m 2 d1～3 given intravenously, which was designed to be three cycles (three weeks per cycle) per patient.
But a marked synergetic inhibition was observed when OXL was used in combination with 5 fluorouracil (5 Fu), with suppression percentage on hepatoma growth increased to 43.1% from 13.8% (25 μg/ml of OXL alone) or 18.9% (3.1 μg/ml of 5 Fu alone).
In combined group,DDP(50mg/m 2,day1,8)and 5 Fu(750mg/m 2,day 2～6)were administered by IV per three weeks,persantin 50mg po three times a bay,radiotherpy(DT60～70GY/6 5～7 5 weeks)followed 2～3 cycle chemotherapy later.

The mice in APBMV treated group were administered 0.03 mg·kg -1 ,0.04 mg·kg -1 and 0.06 mg·kg -1 of APBMV separately by intraperitoneal injection. 5 Fu treated and control group were given 20 mg·kg -1 of 5 Fu and equal volume saline,respectivety.
