The objective of this paper was to determine the relationship s between the behaviors of stable isotope contents (δD) and the patte rns of water transportation in precipitation, spring water and soil water.
Twelve proteins are isolated and purified from Beauveria bassiana by ammonium sulfate precipitation,preparative eletrophoresis and elution gel strip. Eight proteins are toxic to Monochamus alternatus by primary screening. The toxicity of proteins Bb36W C and Bb36N E is the highest,the medium are Bb36N A and Bb36N F,the lowest are Bb36W D,Bb36W E,Bb36N B and Bb36N D.

Bioassay results of the PN1 toxin components after salting out indicated that the precipitation components as the saturation of (NH4)SO4 is 30% and 90% both probably contained proteinous toxins which were fatal to P. thunbergii single cells.
Six extracellar total protein extracts are obtained by dialysis after ammonium sulfate precipitation. Six intracellar total proteins are extracted by grinding hyphae. Forty eight proteins, including 26 intracellar and 22 extracellar ones, are purified from 12 total protein extracts by preparative polyacrylamid gel electrophresis and eluticn gel strip.
The enzyme purification steps included homogenization , (NH4)2SO4 precipitation and consective chromatography on DEAE-Sephadex A50 and CM-52. This protein is specific increased POD in diseased plantlet. The result of HPLC indicated that the content percent is more than 99. This protein was characterized having a specific activity of 371U/mg . A fragment of induced expression of POD gene was cloned from diseased paulownia plantlets.
The results showed that the meteorological factors closely related to the insect pest occurrence area were the yearly accumulated temperature of ≥10℃, yearly precipitation and dryness, with the Pearson coefficient being 0.701, -0.814 and 0.937, respectively.
