An extended experiment is conducted according to the analysis. This optimum structure can meet the requirements of the air pressure output between 0.02 MPa and 0.1 MPa in industrial field with very low voltage of 8.2 V only,which provides a good basis of development of intelligent electric-pneumatic transducer device with piezoelectric actuators.

For the improvement of the lateral resolution of the ultrasonic imaging, this paper reports the results of an experiment using annular array trasducer with phase controlled focusing. The formula of beam patterns and measured curves are also presented. In comparison with a concave transducer, the dynamically focused array system provides better resolution and higher sensitivity.
