The present paper studies the dynamic change and tendency of natural regeneration pattern of Korean pine ( Pinus Koraiensis) population . From the statistic analysis of the systematic sampling data according to the traditional 2×2 ( m1 ) regeneration patter n , it is obviously shown that the regeneration pattern undergoes regular changes with the advance of time.As a new-born community in a state of evolution , when the natural regeneration of a Korean pine pupulation takes place, its pattern tends to change from the aggregate type to the random type . The process may be very complicated , mainly depending on the interaction between the population's biological traits and the ecological environment.

本文探讨了火烧迹地上红松种群(Pinus koraiensis population)自然更新格局的动态变化和趋势.从传统的2×2(m~2)更新样方的系统抽样资料统计分析中,清晰地显示出,更新格局随着时间的推移发生着规律性的变化.处在进展演替状态的新生群落,当红松种群在群落中自然更新发生时,其格局将由群团型格局向随机型格局发展,过程可能十分复杂,主要决定于种群的生物学特性和生态环境的相互作用.

Different carbon source and osmotic stabilizers affect the frequency and patterns of regeneration. The frequency is high to 76.3% in the RCP-MgSO_4 liquid medium,in the RSDA-Mannitol solid medium, the frequency is 8.7%. An "adjacent effect" was discovered in the test. That is when one protoplast begin to regenerate, it would affect the adjacent protoplasts, and promote them regenerating. This effect also probably affect the regeneration patterns.
