本文以我国自然科技人才历年的统计数字为依据,应用灰色系统理论,建立了我国自然科技人才需求的灰色模型,找出了自然科技人才需求发展变化的上规律。按照建立的模型进行了长期预测,1984和1985年的预测精度分别达到99.6%和98.4%。此外,文章还对预测结果进行了分析,得出了有实际意义的结论,为我国高等教育的改革与发展提供了信息。

It is shown that: (a) although the grey models GM(1,1) have the property of differential equations, they are not ordinary differential equations but differential equation groups with adaptive properties; (b)although the models have the property of difference equations, they are not ordinary difference equations but difference equation groups of variable structure with one-step difference and multi-step differential; (c) although the models have the property of exponential laws, they are not ordinary exponential laws but grey exponential laws for which there is the possibility of appearance of singularity, e. g. singular points may appear at α =±2; singular phenomenon may appear at α>2.

本文的研究表明,GM(1,1)具有微分方程性质,但不是一般的微分方程,而是具有适应性的微分方程群;它具有差分性质,但不是一般的差分方程,而是具有一步差分多步微分的变结构差分方程群;它具有指数律性质,但不是一般的指数律,而是可能出现奇异点或奇异现象的灰指数律。文中论证了GM(1,1)实质上是一个微分、差分、指数兼容的模型群;获得了GM(1,1)的一些重要性质。
