Nonlinear cumulative damage model for multiaxial fatigue
      
On the basis of the continuum fatigue damage theory, a nonlinear uniaxial fatigue cumulative damage model is first proposed.
      
In order to describe multiaxial fatigue damage characteristics, a nonlinear multiaxial fatigue cumulative damage model is developed based on the critical plane approach.
      
The proposed model can consider the multiaxial fatigue limit, mean hydrostatic pressure and the unseparated characteristic for the damage variables and loading parameters.
      
The recurrence formula of fatigue damage model was derived under multilevel loading, which is used to predict multiaxial fatigue life.

This article gives the test results of bending, wearing and contact fatigue of the teeth of the modular cast iron (QT60-2, Normalizing) gear. It also shows that normalizing QT60-2 is better than tempering steel 45 in contact endurance and anti-wear on tooth surface. The 290-690 Diesel engine gear teeth can be made from this type of cast iron in place of steel 45 with sufficient strength. A prelimanary analysis of the fatigue pitting on the tooth surface of normalizing QT60-2 gear is also made.

本文介绍了球墨铸铁(QT60—2正火)齿轮的轮齿弯曲、磨损及齿面接触疲劳等方面的试验结果;指出QT60—2(正火)齿轮的齿面接触疲劳强度及耐磨性均较45~#钢(调质)齿翰为好,用QT60—2(正火)代替45~#钢制造的290—690型柴油机齿轮具有足够的强度。最后还对QT60—2(正火)齿轮的齿面疲劳点蚀作了初步分析。

Helical springs are widely used in dynamic systems and are frequently subjected to vibrational fatigue failure. The dynamic effects due to vibration should be taken into account by the designer if fatigue failure is to be avoided. In the present paper the dynamic characteristics of helical springs subjected to a reciprocating motion is investigated theoretically ard experimentally. The mathematical model of longitudinal vibration bars is directly used for the dynamic analysis of helical springs....

It is convenient for designer to estimate the range of frequency the spring is allowed to operate.

螺旋弹簧多用于动力系统且常易发生疲劳破坏。为了避免弹簧的疲劳破坏,设计者应对弹簧由振动所引起的动力影响加以考虑。 本文对承受反复运动的螺旋弹簧的动态特性进行了分析与试验。直接把均匀杆纵向振动的数学模型用于弹簧的动力分析。给出了力的传递比和动弹簧模量公式,便于设计者估算弹簧所允许的工作频率范围。

The streagth of helical spring is affected by the residual stress remarkably, lu this paper the formulae for calculating the residual stress are derived. The relaxation of residual stress after winding and peening is analyzed. More over, the method to calculate the fatigue strength of the spring and the method to measure the residual stress in the spring "are proposed.

弹簧中的残余应力对弹簧强度的影响很大。本文推导了绕簧后残余应力的计算公式,讨论了绕簧和喷丸后残余应力的松弛,提出了圆柱螺旋弹簧疲劳强度计算的建议及残余应力的测定方法。
