Aim: To evaluate a sterilizing method to eliminate alive HBV in short time. Methods: Dental instruments contaminated with HBsAg positive-serum were scrubbed with different concentrations of glutaraldehyde solution. HBsAg was detected by ELISA method. Results: The concentrations of glutaraldehyde solution were from 2% to 3%. Aim: To evaluate a sterilizing method to eliminate alive HBV in short time. Methods: Dental instruments contaminated with HBsAg positive-serum were scrubbed with different concentrations of glutaraldehyde solution. HBsAg was detected by ELISA method. Results: The concentrations of glutaraldehyde solution were from 2% to 3%. The eliminating rate of HBsAg was 8% when the contaminated instruments were scrubbed one time, the rate was 92%100% when scrubbed three times. Conclusions: The alive HBsAg on the instruments could be eliminated by using higher concentration of glutaraldehyde disinfectant and scrubbing three times.

目的 探讨N 单氯氨基丁酸化学手器去龋材料的去龋作用 ,为临床应用提供理论依据。方法 采用离体龋坏牙实验 ,通过龋齿检知液、光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察 ,比较该去龋材料与常规牙科电动机械去龋效果、玷污层以及对表面牙组织结构的影响。结果 龋齿检知液、光镜和电镜的观察发现 ,N 单氯氨基丁酸去龋材料与牙科电动机械龋齿检知液阳性率均为零 ,无残留龋 ,实验组细菌侵入层 1例 ,统计学 χ2 检验分析两组阳性率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;且均存有玷污层。 结论N 单氯氨基丁酸去龋材料效果基本同于牙科电动机械 ,具有良好的临床应用前景
