The acid leaching of manganese minerals with scrap iron as a reductant was investigated,and a leaching rate of 97.60% was obtained under the condition of grinding fineness 80%-0.074 mm,Fe/Ore 1∶13,H2SO4/Ore 0.6∶1,Liquid/Solid 3∶1,leaching time 60 min and room temperature.
At room temperature, the waste water containing copper 151.0mg/L reaches the national standard of industrial waste waters discharging (GB8978-1996) after being treated for 2h with 3.750g/L modified oceanic cobalt-rich crust.
