The results obtained from the samples taken at corners of ingot mold show that the vermicular iron ingot mold with the structure of 20-40% vermicular graphite gives the optimum service life, its mold consumption per ton of steel is 24% lower...

本文研究三种稀土孕育剂的孕育效果及其影响因素,分析了稀土孕育剂的组分、基铁的化学成分及稀土孕育灰铸铁的组织和性能的特征,报导了生产浇注铸件的数据,论述了稀土孕育的机理。文中指出,与常用硅铁孕育剂相比,各种稀土孕育剂均有较强的降低白口、抗衰退、改善不同大小断面组织及机械性能的能力。
