The author also investigates and analyses the designing parameters and the form of the dust trap and dust sucker. Finally, the author deals with the characteristics of the dust and the performance of the purifying equipments.
This paper described the sand pre-treatment and batch preparing process consisting of a sand washing line, a batch preparing line, a pulse sack dust remover and mechanical elevators etc. The operation practice showed that this production line reduced the labour intensity, controlled the siliceous dust under 2 mg/m~3, improved the glass batch so that the great benefit has been derived.
