In this paper, some problems for Large Scale Systems theory are discussed. There are: what the Large Scale System (LSS) is; the relationship between LSS' theory and control theory; the relationship between LSS' theory and System Engineering; the relationship between LSS' theory and Cybernetics; the special problems of LSS' theory. In author's opinion, LSS' theory is the important part of the third age of control theory, i.e. the fundamental of the total complex automation. On the other hand, LSS' theory is the new stage of development Systems Engineering——Dynamical Systems Engineering. It may also be said, LSS' theory is the new branch of cybernetics ——LSS' Cybernetics. LSS' theory is not the classification of the size of various systems, but it's the methodology of the analysis and synthesis of large complex control and information system. It is the system science of large scale systems.

The alternatives have been found by means of solving differential equations of nonlinear control system by a computer, and have been confirmed with model tests, Since the proposed alternatives only depend on the easily obtainable signal of depth, the same control goal can be realized with a simple and reliable adjuster instead of a complex control system, for which more sensitive feedback signals of velocity and acceleration would otherwise be required.

为了解决深潜器浮力平衡微调和定深悬浮控制这一问题,本文提出了半波浮力平衡微调和开关式定深悬浮控制的新方案。此方案是用电子数字计算机求解非线性调节系统微分方程的方法发现的,并用模型试验的方法进行了验证。由于本文提出的方案只依据易于测量的深度信号,所以用简单可靠的调节器,即可达到调节目的。否则,将不得不采用另加入难以获得的灵敏的速度和加速度反馈信号的复杂调节系统, 才能达到同样的调节目的。

In this paper, some ideas of structural asymptotical stability and cnchang- ed order are presented. The proper definition of systems nondegeneracy is given. The sufficient and necessary conditions of the nondegeneracy and struc- tural asymptotical stability for complex systems (parallel systems, series sys- tems and closed systems) are proved. By using the above conclusions the nondegeneracy condition of systems without steady errors is analyzed successfully. And this paper shows that the nondegeneracy...

In this paper, some ideas of structural asymptotical stability and cnchang- ed order are presented. The proper definition of systems nondegeneracy is given. The sufficient and necessary conditions of the nondegeneracy and struc- tural asymptotical stability for complex systems (parallel systems, series sys- tems and closed systems) are proved. By using the above conclusions the nondegeneracy condition of systems without steady errors is analyzed successfully. And this paper shows that the nondegeneracy condition is not only one of the sufficient conditions, but also a necessary condition of realizing systems without steady errors. So that the research on systems without steady errors has been developed here.

本文提出了系统非变阶及结构渐近稳定的概念;并且还给出了系统非蜕化性的确切的定义。在这基础上,给出了系统在串联、并联及反馈时构成的复杂系统的非变阶条件和结构渐近稳定的充分必要条件。 利用上面的结果,成功地分析了结构无静差问题的非蜕化条件;证明了非蜕化条件不但是实现结构无静差的充分条件之一,而且还是实现结构无静差的必要条件。从而,把对结构无静差的研究又向前推进了一步。
