Result: The linear ranges of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were 125~1 250 μg/ml(r=0.999 7)and 2.5~25.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 1) respectively. The average recovery rates were 99.77%(RSD=0.38%)and 98.06%(RSD=0.42%)respectively.
RESULTS:The average recovery rates of gentamycin sulphate,ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were 100.74%(CV=0.2%,r=0.9 999,n=5),100.15%(CV=0.66%,r=0.9 997,n=5)and 99.46%(CV=0.35,r=0.9 996,n=5)respectively.
