In this paper the formulas for calculation of response time and overshoot due to steering displacement step input are derived by means of the mathematical model for a vehicle as a system of two degrees of freedom. This leads to the study of the relationship between vehicle basic design parameters and dynamic response. Finally the influence of the rate of steering input on the response time measured are discussed.

本文根据二自由度汽车数学模型导出了计算转向位移阶跃输入时反应时间和超调量的计算公式。以便研究汽车基本设计参数与动态反应之间的关系。最后讨论了方向盘起跃速度对汽车反应时间量测的影响。

The hydrostatic steering unit has been widely used in military tracked vehicles in the seventies. It has many attractive features although there are some defects in the unit with its hydrostatic elements being heavier, more bulky and less efficient. It can achieve a large reduction of the hydrostatic power and the weight to volume, a higher working efficiency of the hydrostatic elements and an easy steering...

The hydrostatic steering unit has been widely used in military tracked vehicles in the seventies. It has many attractive features although there are some defects in the unit with its hydrostatic elements being heavier, more bulky and less efficient. This paper presents a hydrostatic steering arrangemant with duplex steering radii. It can achieve a large reduction of the hydrostatic power and the weight to volume, a higher working efficiency of the hydrostatic elements and an easy steering with P=0.5 by using a simple high-low-speed structure without deteriorating its fine basic performance. The hydrostatic power is determined only through the minimum radius steering at the low speed on rough road. And the kinematic and dynamic requirements of the vehicle pivot turns can be met by using two steering speeds. This arrangement makes it possible that the hydrostatic steering of heavier vehicles can be accomplished with smaller hydrostatic elements.

液压转向在七十年代军用履带车辆上得到广泛采用,它的许多性能都较理想,但尚存在液压元件较重大、效率较低的问题。本文提出一种双半径液压转向方案。它可以在保证优越的基本性能基础上,用简便易行的高低速结构来大幅度减小液压功率、减小体积重量和使液压元件以较高效率工作,也便于实现p=0.5的转向。其原理是液压功率只需按低档在困难道路作最小半径转向来决定,而用两种转向速度分别满足中心转向的运动学和动力学要求。双半径转向可以使较重的车辆用不大的液压元件就能实现液压转向。
