Objective To review recent research developments of optimization of plasma sprayed hydroxyapatite coating, and provided a new route through process controlling. Methods To introduce the coating's optimization methods in terms of plasma spraying parameters, heat treatment and functionally graded coatings. Results The structure and properties of coating can be improved through controlling the spraying parameters; The crystallinity of coating can be increased after heat treatment; The bond strength between the coating and substrate can be enhanced through producing functionally graded coating. Conclusion It was proposed that designing and producing of coatings with good interracial strength and stability would play an important role in hydroxyapatite coating implant field.

目的 综述了近几年来国内外有关等离子喷涂羟基磷灰石涂层优化方法的研究进展,并从过程控制的角度为涂层的优化提供一个新的思路。方法 从等离子喷涂工艺参数、对涂层进行后期热处理以及梯度涂层的设计等三个方面介绍了有关涂层优化的研究进展情况。结果 通过改变喷涂工艺参数可以改善涂层的组织与性能;通过对涂层进行后期的热处理可以提高涂层的结晶度;通过制备梯度涂层可以提高涂层与基体之间的结合强度。结论 研制出既具有较高的界面结合强度又有较好稳定性的种植体材料是下一步羟基磷灰石涂层种植体材料的发展方向。
