From the results of experiments, it has been proved to be true that the gas communication and the loss of hydrostatic head of cement column caused by the gelling of cement slurry are serious, and the loss of hydrostatic head of cement column caused by the gelling of cement slurry can be calculated quantatively after experimentation and mathematical analysis. This makes it possible that a sound basis is provided for taking technical measures to prevent oil, gas and water communication in the casing cementing job.

本文是在摸拟井身温度和压力变化的情况下,对水泥浆柱由于水泥胶凝引起的“失重”和气侵的研究。从实验研究的结果证实了水泥胶凝引起的“失重”和气侵是严重的,而水泥浆胶凝引起的“失重”,通过实验和数学分析后是可以作到定量计算的,这就可能给固井施工中,为防止油、气、水窜工艺技术措施,提供可靠的基本依据。
