This paper is the study of the gas communication andthe loss of hyd rostatic head of cement column caused by the gelling of cement slurry in the case of simulating the changes of temperature and pressuse in the well bore. From the results of experiments, it has been proved to be true that the gas communication and the loss of hydrostatic head of cement column caused by the gelling of cement slurry are serious, and the loss of hydrostatic head of cement column caused by the gelling of cement slurry can be calculated...

This paper is the study of the gas communication andthe loss of hyd rostatic head of cement column caused by the gelling of cement slurry in the case of simulating the changes of temperature and pressuse in the well bore. From the results of experiments, it has been proved to be true that the gas communication and the loss of hydrostatic head of cement column caused by the gelling of cement slurry are serious, and the loss of hydrostatic head of cement column caused by the gelling of cement slurry can be calculated quantatively after experimentation and mathematical analysis. This makes it possible that a sound basis is provided for taking technical measures to prevent oil, gas and water communication in the casing cementing job.

本文是在摸拟井身温度和压力变化的情况下,对水泥浆柱由于水泥胶凝引起的“失重”和气侵的研究。从实验研究的结果证实了水泥胶凝引起的“失重”和气侵是严重的,而水泥浆胶凝引起的“失重”,通过实验和数学分析后是可以作到定量计算的,这就可能给固井施工中,为防止油、气、水窜工艺技术措施,提供可靠的基本依据。

We have analysed the mechanism of preventing hydrostatic head loss of gas-generating cement slurry, and made a series of experiments with general cement slurry and gas-generating one in simulated well hole to contrast their properties. The results of the experiments prove that the performance of gas-generating cement slurry is acceptable in cementing.

本文对充气水泥浆防止失重的机理进行了分析,并作了一般水泥浆及充气水泥浆在摸拟井筒中的对比实验。结果表明充气水泥浆的性能符合固井施工和固井质量的要求。

A kind of 51/2″ external casing packer has been proven very effective through both laboratory and field tests. The tool guards against ejection and blending outside the casing after well cementing job. The design feature, principle of operation, technical parameters and operation instructions are explained in this paper.

本文介绍了5(1/2)”套管外封隔器的结构、工作原理、技术参数和使用要求。室内和现场试验证明,这种工具使用效果良好,可解决固井后发生管外喷冒和混串问题。
