In the light of field engineering practices with cementing reinforcement for the weak-rock drifts at Jinchuan Mine in the recent years, the present paper provides a general review on the functions and purposes of cementing reinforcement under such specific engineering and geological conditions. In it an essential description on parameters taken for the design,materials and techniques required for the above purposes is also given. On this basis, the author has attempted to put forth his own understandings and views on some of the problems that are conventionally come across during practical engineering. Finally, the author pointed out that techniques for cementing reinforcement appropriately provide an efficient approach for solving drift-supporting in loose rocks in underground mines.

In order to raise the coefficient of air-feed, a large number of experiments in the blind heading were conducted by the authors. The duct-joint has been improved, meanwhile the air-duct has also been lengthened to 20 meters. In this paper different kinds of cases are compared, when the length of socket air tube is about 10 meters, the coefficient of air-feed is 0.46. However, the coefficient of air-feed will be 0.75 when the air-ducts are lengthened to 20 meters by means of cementing. If the duct-joint...

In order to raise the coefficient of air-feed, a large number of experiments in the blind heading were conducted by the authors. In this paper different kinds of cases are compared, when the length of socket air tube is about 10 meters, the coefficient of air-feed is 0.46. However, the coefficient of air-feed will be 0.75 when the air-ducts are lengthened to 20 meters by means of cementing. If the duct-joint of active single-ring is used, the result will be better, which means the coefficient of air-feed can reach 0.89. As a result, not only a ventilator can be reduced but the distance of air-feed is also lengthened greatly so that the production cost is lowered, and the productivity is raised.

为了提高送风系数,笔者在独头巷道作了大量试验。对风筒接头形式作了改进,同时节长加大到20米。论文对各种试验结果作了对比:插接接头,节长为10米,送风系数为46%;粘接方式,节长增到20米,采用插接及胶粘两种接头,则送风系数提高到75%;如改为活单环接头,则效果更好,送风系数可达89%。据此,不仅可减少一台局扇,且大大延长了送风距离,降低了生产成本、提高了经济效益。

Cement grout has been used in Shuikoushan Mine's grout curtain engineering. The properties of the cement grout, such as the specific gravity, viscosity, the separating out of water, cementing time, compressive strength were described comprehensively and systematically, along with the factors affecting these properties on the basis of sufficient indoor test.

本文通过大量室内试验资料全面、系统地论述了水口山帷幕注浆工程中所用水泥浆的比重、粘度、析水性、凝结时间、抗压强度等项性能及其影响因素。
