A high voltage LDMOS power switch circuit with a D/A driver in the SOI material is designed. By taking advantage of the convenience of D/A transform,a 300V LDMOS power switch circuit with digital control by digital circuit and the high voltage circuit design method is realized.
The common controller is made up of single-chip 8031, interface chip 8279, ADC0809, DAC0832, etc. In I/O circuit, the multiplying electric circuit AD623, V/I switch circuit AD694 and isolating circuit is featured with stabilization and flexibility.
The reset circuit, clock circuit, power circuit, level switch circuit, memorizer interface circuit, A/D switch circuit, D/A switch circuit and serial communication interface circuit were designed. The functions of hardware had been debugged successfully.
5. Adopt zero-IF receiver program to design receiver circuit. Substitute multiplierand voltage comparator for A/D switch circuit in the zero-IF receiver program, therefore, the design is simplified and delicacy of the system are effectively enhanced.
