During Feb to Sept in 1986, 83 patients of rapid arrhythmia with Carbamazepine. Results. Markedly improved in 35 patients (42%). The total rate of the improvement amounted to 71%. arrhythmia was cured cr the numbers of premature beat was reduced within 24 hours in 21 patients (the rate covers 36% of the improvement). The quichest effect of the improvement was observed within 3 hours. The effect of anti-supraventicular ectopic rhythm was better than the effect of anti-ventricular ectopic rhythm (0.05>p>0.01)....

There is no disparity between markedly improved rate of ventricular premature beat and the cured rate of auricular fibrillation or auricular flutter (p>0.05).There is no disparity between the effect of 300mg/d and 600mg/d (p>0.05). Thus carbamazepine is a drug with extensive anti-arrhythmia.

本文报告1986年2~9月应用卡马西平治疗快速性心律失常83例临床观察结果,总有效率71%,显效42%。24小时内心律失常纠正或早搏减少的病例占有效病例的比率为36%,最短起效时间3小时。该药对室上性异位心律的作用优于室性异位心律(0.05>P>0.01);对室早的显效率与心房颤动及扑动的转复率,两组间疗效无明显差别(P>0.05);300mg/d与600mg/d的剂量比较,两组间疗效无明显差别(P>0.05)。资料提示:卡马西平是一种广谱的抗心律失常药物。

Through measuring the QT dispersion(QTd) of 36 cases with congestive heart failure(CHF) it showed that QTd of sudden cardiac death(SCD) is greatly higher than that of heart failure death and survival group( P <0.001).There was no significant difference between SCD patients with or without rapid arrhythmia.When QTd ≥80 ms,the sensitivity of SCD of CHF patient was estimated as 71.2%,specificity was 88.3%,positive predictive value was 83.6%.It can be seen from the data mentioned above that QTd measure provide...

通过对36例慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者QT离散度(QTd)测定,显示心脏性猝死(SCD)组QTd明显高于进行性心力衰竭死亡及存活组(P<0.001)。伴与不伴室性快速心律失常的SCD患者之间的QTd无显著差异。QTd≥80ms预测CHF患者SCD敏感性71.2%,特异性88.3%,阳性预测值83.6%,提示QTd测定为CHF患者提供了一个有用的非侵入性心电学方法
