对我国铝土矿资源及氧化铝工业的现状进行了综合评述。在加大对我国铝土矿资源勘察力度的同时 ,应适当考虑利用外矿 ,以弥补我国铝土矿资源对氧化铝工业的保证程度相对不足的现状。我国混联法厂的技术改造应以新型并联法为方向 ;拜耳法过程的强化应以双流石灰拜耳法溶出新工艺为方向 ;烧结法过程的强化应以富矿强化烧结法为方向。烧结法粗液和拜耳法溶出料浆合流工艺、烧结法精液全部碳酸化分解及碳分母液的苛化工艺、烧结法精液深度碳酸化分解及其粗氢氧化铝作为后加矿进行增浓溶出等工艺可为生产砂状氧化铝及提高产量创造有利条件。对于多品种氧化铝及氢氧化铝的生产、氧化铝生产过程中有价元素的回收 ,国家有关部门应统一协调 ,避免互相压价 ,一致对外。同时应加强有关的软科学研究 ,以促进我国氧化铝工业的健康稳定发展。
