Its excellent performances in oit field drilling relative to personal safety, reliability of operation, relief of crew from fatigus, high operating efficiency, reduced bending of drill-pipes, controllable make-up torque, ability in coring and handling emergencies etc. are described. As a key to the designing of clamping mechanism, the concept of the ration of angential force to radial force is introdoced, together with its varistions during the tentire process of clamping, It serves as the theoretical basis for designing a portable and reliable clamping device. 本文论述了对国产ZJ—45J型钻机提升系统静动态载荷进行综合测试的结果。通过计算、绘制曲线和载荷谱及验算等手段,整理分析了七个方面的测试数据:(1)判明了提升各部件的安全系数;(2)说明了提升动载(包括振动)相对于时间的变化规律、求得各动载系数;(3)证明了滚筒的角速度、角加速度与提升动载之间的关系;(4)测得了各档的实际换挡载荷,得出不同的功率储备系数;(5)根据所测提升钢丝绳的动拉力取得单滑轮效率值和游动系统效率值;(6)测定有关提升钻柱重量与柴油机转速、钻柱提升线速度的关系及300吨钩载下井架顶部下沉量等;(7)测定绞车刹带在下钻对的动拉力,判明沿刹带周边拉力的分布规律及下钻动载系数。

The Pumping Well Diagnostic Technique is a mathematical method based on wave equation to analyse the problem of pumping well. The Pumping Well Diagnostic Technique is a mathematical method based on wave equation to analyse the problem of pumping well. First of all, the load and displacement at the top of each tapered rod string and at the pump plunger are calculated from the measured load and displacement of the polished rod, and the corresponding subsurface dynagraphs are plotted, then the operation conditions of the pumping system are analysed from the surface and subsurface dynagraphs. All the calculations and analyses are completed by a computer. Besides the basic principle proposed first by S. G. Gibbs et al. and practical application of this diagnostic techique, a new method for calculating viscous damping coefficient from liquid viscosity, the size of tubing and sucker rod, and pumping parameters is also presented in this paper.

抽油井计算机诊断技术是以波动方程为基础,分析抽油井问题的数学方法。首先根据测得的光杆载荷及位移,计算出每级抽油杆柱顶部及抽油泵柱塞上的载荷和位移,并绘出相应的井下示功图,然后,根据地面及井下示功图分析抽油系统的工况。全部计算和分析工作都由计算机完成。本文介绍了诊断技术的基本原理及其应用,并提出了根据液体粘度、抽油杆和油管直径以及抽汲参数计算粘滞阻尼系数的新方法。
