本文系“焊接桥梁的研究”专题的部分工作成果。我国国产16锰低合金钢相当于外国St.52号钢。它具有比普通炭素钢高1/3——1/2的强度和良好的焊接性能,而价格比其他任何低合金钢都低很多。因此,为了大量节约钢材和贯彻多、快、、好、省总路线的方针,在我国采用16锰低合金钢的焊接桥梁,具有重大的经济意义和远大的发展前途。本文所述是对两根16锰钢焊接梁的动静载的试验研究。用电阻应变仪和千分表测得应力和挠度;用脉冲机进行脉冲疲劳试验;最后还进行了破坏试验。试验结果证明16锰低合金钢确适合作铁路焊接桥梁,能承受重型动力荷载;我们的桥梁工厂焊接质量亦属满意。

In recent years, Prestressed Concrete long piles are universally adopted. Last year such kind of pile with length up to 27~M have been produced in this country. Now in order to meet the requirements of Shanghai Harlour works and Yangtze River Bridges, we work out a new type of prestressed concrete hollow pile of 36~M long, with a cross-section, of 55 cm square (inner diameter 40 cm.) By using temporary prestressing fittings on pick points with automatic adjustment for prestress, the pile is suitable...

In recent years, Prestressed Concrete long piles are universally adopted. Last year such kind of pile with length up to 27~M have been produced in this country. Now in order to meet the requirements of Shanghai Harlour works and Yangtze River Bridges, we work out a new type of prestressed concrete hollow pile of 36~M long, with a cross-section, of 55 cm square (inner diameter 40 cm.) By using temporary prestressing fittings on pick points with automatic adjustment for prestress, the pile is suitable for two points pick, which gives great facilities to handling and transpotation. Besides, 18% of steel saving can still be made. This paper only presents the principle and calculations. The testing results will be given later.

年来预应力混凝土长桩在各国已广泛采用,我国在去年大躍进中亦已试行生产应用,长达27公尺,最近我校预应力混凝土桩科研小组在响应党的的科研结合生产的号召下,为上海码头工程及长江大桥工程进行36公尺的预应力混凝土长桩研究,并提出一种新的型式,既可节省18%的钢筋又可允许用两点吊运,这将给予施工方面极大便和。现在与上海筑港局协作进行试制与试验,兹特将原理部分报导,希望大家提出意见以便修正改进,至其试验报告则将于以后陆续发表。

In this paper, preliminary analysis is made pertaining to special features of old and new types of track structures, and at the same time raising questions which should be considered in designing of such structures. In our country, new track structures laid for testing purposes are comparatively scarce, it is suggested that this type of track structure will be laid on railway line managed by Shanghai Railway Administrative Bureau for testing observation in order that materials will be accumulated and more complete research work may be continued.

一九五九年是我国更大更好更全面跃进的一年,在这一年内,铁路担负着比去年更为艰巨也更为光荣的任务;为使任务能很好完成,对于铁路的技术装备应该进行改造,而改善与加强轨道结构正是其中的一个有效措施,因此,在目前,讨论轨道结构问题就有着现实的意义。本文对新旧轨道结构的特点作了初步分析,也提出一些设计新型轨道结构时所应考虑的问题,供继续展开讨论的参考。在我国,试验性的新型轨道结构(?)设得还不够多,本文建意一种轨道结构型式,准备在上海路局管内线路上试(?)与观测,以便积累资料作进一步的研究。
