本文分析了晶体管正弦电流控制型变频电源供电时低速同步电动机制功的物理过程,提出了实现电机快速制动的两条主要措施:一是采用以电容器作为正、负压电源加速机电能量转换过程的再生发电制动方案;二是根据负载性质及电机矩频特性曲线确定最佳降速曲线。实验证明,采用上述措施,可以获得高效、快速的制动效果。
