It shows that the resistivities of the conductive composites with the polar and the large unsaturation rubbers, e. g. CR and NBR are affected strongly by temperatre. Espesially, the CR composite with.60 phr.CF shows larger positive temperature coeffieney (PTC) characteristic in its resistivity, and its change of resistivity with temperature is over and above four orders of magnitude, but the resistivities of the unpolar and the small extent of unsaturation rubbers,e. g. EPDM,IIR are independant of temperature. In this paper the relationship between temperature and the electric current--voltage(Ⅰ-Ⅴ) characteristics of the conduetive composites are consistent with the p--T characteristics.

本文研究了几种橡胶与不同用量的ISAF,CF组成的导电复合材料的电阻率——温度(p——T)特性。结果发现:极性不饱和度大的橡胶(CR、NBR)导电复合材料电阻率受温度影响大,特别是60份CF的CR复合材料具有明显的电阻(率)(PTC)特性,电阻事变化达四个数量级。非极性不饱和度小的橡胶(EPDM、IIR)导电复合材料,其电阻率不受温度影响。本文还研究了温度对导电复合材料电流——电压(I——V)特性的影响,进一步证明其p——T特性。文中还对几种橡胶导电复合材料的P——T特性的机理进行探讨。

A series of carbon black-polyethylene conductive composites have been prepared by two -roll mill with different carbon black content. The conductivity and melt flowabilityof the composites have been investigated. The results show that the destroyed conductivityof the composites by poor processing method or conditions may be recoverd by appropriateprocessing method or conditions. The critical volume of carbon black determined byconductivity is as the same as that determined by the melt flowability...

对炭黑填充聚乙烯导电复合材料的熔体流动性以及加工过程对制品电性能的影响进行了考察。发现:复合体导电性能的消失与恢复是可逆的;熔体流动性反映出的临界体积与电阻反映出的临界体积很好地吻合;不同加工方式以及不同的工艺条件对制品的电性能均有很大的影响。
